This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between TaskSquads Services Pvt Ltd (“TaskSquads”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the individual or organization accessing or using services through the TaskSquads platform (“Client”, “User”, or “Customer”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a service plan, or using services available through the TaskSquads website or client portal, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
TaskSquads provides remote operational support services and technical assistance to clients. Services may include but are not limited to:
Administrative support, research assistance, data entry, scheduling, email management, customer support assistance, lead generation, and other business operations support tasks.
Image annotation, video labeling, text annotation, dataset preparation, transcription, tagging, and other data processing services used for artificial intelligence or machine learning development.
Services may be delivered by TaskSquads employees, contractors, or authorized collaborators operating under TaskSquads supervision.
TaskSquads reserves the right to improve, modify, or discontinue services at its discretion.
Clients may access services through the TaskSquads client portal after creating an account and subscribing to a service plan.
The portal allows clients to:
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
TaskSquads shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised login credentials.
Clients agree to:
TaskSquads does not independently verify the legality, ownership, or licensing of client-provided materials.
TaskSquads services are offered through subscription plans available on the website.

Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
Unless otherwise specified:
Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.

All materials, datasets, and information provided by the Client remain the property of the Client.

Clients grant TaskSquads a limited license to process submitted materials solely for the purpose of delivering requested services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service delivery.
Confidential information shall be used solely for the purpose of providing or receiving services.
Detailed confidentiality obligations are further defined in the TaskSquads Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
TaskSquads may process client-provided materials or datasets as required to complete requested services.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that all submitted data complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Where applicable, additional data processing obligations may be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
TaskSquads will make reasonable efforts to provide services efficiently and reliably.
However, service performance may be affected by factors including:
TaskSquads does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskSquads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services during the three months preceding the claim.
TaskSquads may suspend or terminate services if:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, India.
By registering an account, subscribing to a service plan, or accessing the TaskSquads platform, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Master Service Agreement.
